Katogi is one the most popular taverns in Manavika. It is housed in an old brick warehouse with traditional style, industrial decoration and excellent Greek cuisine.
Here, one can enjoy local tastes such as “prassotigania” (pork bites with leek in the pan), lamp and goat in the pot, “bekri meze” (pork bites in the pan quenched with wine), sweetbreads, grilled liver, “kontosouvli” (pork or chicken bites on a spit) and “kokoretsi” (lamb intestines grilled on a spit). There is also a great variety of starters from which the traditional hot cheeses, the mushroom dishes and of course, the fresh French fries stand out while, the seasonal salads are not to be missed.
The meals can be accompanied with a great selection of premium bottled and local barrel wines and tsipouro while, a very delicious desert is offered in the end.
